Fall Intro Program
Friday Night Lights
2026 Friday Night Lights
Fridays, October 9-30, 4:30-5:30pm @ Redwood Middle School
🌟
This program is designed to welcome new players into the lacrosse community!
In these FREE, social sessions, kids who are interested in lacrosse but haven't yet played will get the opportunity to:
- Try out gear and sticks (or borrow ours!)
- Learn the rules of lacrosse
- Practice stick basics
- Meet other parents, coaches and Napa Force Board members to get a feel for our community
We recognize that trying a new sport can feel intimidating for kids and overwhelming for parents, so our goal with Friday Night Lights is to lower the barrier to entry. We're here to get families new to Napa Force lacrosse excited and comfortable with the sport in advance of our main spring season.
Every Friday night in October, the RMS fields will be full of energy, laughter, and growth. REGISTRATION is FREE!
Returning players are encouraged to join to help mentor new athletes and get them acquainted with the sport.
Our Spring Season runs from the end of January through mid-May, and registration opens at the end of October. Players of all skill levels are welcome — from absolute beginners to those with years of experience.
Let’s make this spring our best season yet! 🥍💛🖤
Fostering a love for lacrosse
and developing new player skills!
We created Friday Night Lights as part of our effort to introduce the sport of lacrosse to the Napa Valley community in a fun and accessible way. This program was designed to provide a welcoming environment where beginners can learn the basics of the game, build their skills, and enjoy the sport without the pressure of competition. By offering these events, we aim to grow interest in lacrosse locally, foster a sense of community, and ensure that players of all ages and backgrounds have the opportunity to experience the excitement and camaraderie that lacrosse offers.
