Volunteer Hours

Upon Registration all parents agree to the following regarding your commitment to volunteer your time (4 hours per player in your family) over the course of the season. Your PlayMetrics account will show 4 available points per player that you have registered with the club. Each point is a 1 hour time allotment which must be fulfilled. You can track your hours/points fulfilled through PlayMetrics. All volunteers must sign up for their volunteer positions in PlayMetrics so that we can make sure that hours are tracked and reported to avoid end of season invoicing ($250) . Please contact your team parent (which will be listed in PlayMetrics) regarding any issues with your tracked volunteer hours. 

We believe that building a strong, supportive community helps our players thrive both on and off the field. We rely on the help of our amazing families to make each season a success, and we kindly ask that each family contribute 4 hours of volunteer time per player, per season. Your time and involvement make a huge difference in creating the best possible experience for our players!

Volunteer Options:

You may complete your 4-hour commitment by helping with various team needs, events, or activities throughout the season. We will provide plenty of opportunities to get involved in ways that work for your schedule. Descriptions of many of the volunteer opportunities we have are detailed below. Options include: team parent, set up/transition fields, bring equipment to away games, end-of-game tear down, and more!

Opt-Out Donation:

We understand that some families may not be able to volunteer due to other commitments. If that’s the case, you can opt out by making a $250 donation per player to help support the team and offset our costs. This donation can be made in place of volunteer hours. Some families have already opted to donate at the time of registration and we thank you for that! 

End-of-Season Billing:

If volunteer hours are not completed in full by the end of the season, a $250 fee will be billed to your account. This helps ensure we can continue to provide the best resources for all players.
